Budget Cuts at Ingham County, MI Prosecutor's Office Prompt Major Improvements and Savings

In 2008, challenging economic conditions across Michigan and within Ingham County meant staff cuts in the Prosecuting Attorney's office were imminent.  Faced with this looming scenario, Ingham County Prosecutor Stuart J. Dunnings, III sought a way to improve efficiencies to ensure that his staff would be able to keep pace with the mounting workload once cuts were imposed.
