NEW YORK, Aug. 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Buck, an integrated HR consulting, benefits administration and technology services firm, today announced that Dean Aloise re-joins Buck as Managing Director to lead the company's US business, following Buck's relaunch.
Aloise brings 20 years of proven leadership experience in the HR industry. Most recently, he served as Managing Partner at Mercer where he helped to grow Mercer's portfolio of business across all practice and offering areas. He began his career at Mercer and quickly rose through the ranks to serve as Principal, Pittsburgh Retirement Business Operations Leader before joining what was Buck Consultants at the time.
Aloise previously served as General Manager of Conduent HRS Consulting, the business now known as Buck, and guided the company through major change as it was split out of Xerox ownership. At Buck Consultants, Xerox, and Conduent, he had increasing responsibility with executive roles as Pittsburgh Retirement Practice Leader, Pittsburgh Office Leader, US East Region Leader, US Wealth Practice Leader, and ultimately global leader of the consulting business as General Manager.

Aloise is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, Fellow in the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He received his B.S. degree with distinguished honors in actuarial science with a minor in mathematics from Penn State University's Schreyer Honors College.
