ATLANTA, July 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Building Systems Design, Inc. (BSD), a leading provider of specification content and software for the architecture, engineering, construction, and owner sectors, announced today three new additions to their leadership team.
Daimon Bridge, Lance Kirby, and Claudia Mueller bring industry-relevant sales, BIM expertise, and marketing leadership to fast-growing BSD, which is propelling the industry forward with innovative new technology like SpecLink Cloud, featuring seamless BIM integration and enhanced cloud collaboration.
Growing with Customer Demand
"The response to the launch of SpecLink Cloud at this year's Construction Specifications Canada and AIA conferences was overwhelming, and we're growing quickly to accommodate increased demand," said Chris Anderson, President, and CEO of BSD. "This expansion speaks to BSD's dedication to the success of architects, specifiers, owners and product manufacturers who use SpecLink."
Daimon Bridge, Senior Vice President of Sales
Bridge has a diverse range of executive-level experience leading enterprise level sales organizations at places like Reed Construction Data/CMD, ADP, and Equifax. He has spent the last two decades at the forefront of innovation in the fintech, insurance, telecommunications, and construction industries, where he developed expertise in data, analytics, SaaS and DaaS solutions.
Prior to joining BSD, Bridge spearheaded the product release and market strategy for a leading SaaS company in the construction/manufacturing information services space as they transitioned to a cloud-based solution. With this industry insight, Bridge will lead dedicated industry-sector teams committed to providing the best possible solutions for BSD's thousands of customers. Paul Worosz will lead the BPM team, Kristin Tiliakos the AEC team and Laura Dempsey the Owner team. These moves are all designed to enhance the initiatives behind the newly launched SpecLink Cloud.
Claudia Mueller, Director of Marketing
With more than 20 years of experience at Hansgrohe North America, a Masco company, and corporate headquarters in Germany, Mueller has a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by building product manufacturers (BPMs). She managed all marketing activities for both professionals and consumers, spearheading everything from traditional to e-marketing initiatives.
"Claudia has an intimate understanding of every facet of our business, having worked extensively with—and acted as a liaison for—architects, designers and BPMs," says Anderson. "In addition to being a resource for building product manufacturers, she will foster collaboration among diverse teams throughout the design and construction process."
Lance Kirby, Director of Customer Success
Kirby brings a wealth of experience in both design and BIM to BSD. After numerous years at various architecture firms, including Perkins+Will, Kirby joined Revit/Autodesk as a start-up to help develop the software since its inception. Over the past 15+ years, Kirby has supported hundreds of BIM projects and trained thousands of its users.
"We're committed to helping our clients take full advantage of SpecLink Cloud's BIM capabilities," Anderson says, "and ensuring that every user maximizes the benefits of SpecLink Cloud's innovative tools. Lance's extensive BIM experience coupled with his architectural and consulting background will be vital to help facilitate successful implementation for all SpecLink users."
