Bryn Resources Inc. Enters Into a Professional Services Agreement with Trueclaim Resources Inc.

Trueclaim is a publicly traded TSX company which carries on business as a mineral exploration and mining company (http://www.Trueclaim.ca)

Bryn Resources had entered into a confidentiality agreement with Trueclaim previously and has now sought to solidify its relationship with Trueclaim in anticipation of Trueclaim being retained to perform services for Bryn Resources on its holdings in Quebec and specifically on the Montauban Property in Quebec. Once a definitive exploration program is finalized in furtherance of the agreement Bryn Resources will announce the timing and activity that will be carried out this year on the Montauban Property.
