Brown Jordan International Appoints Frederick G. King to Chief Operating Officer
Randy Danielson named Executive Vice President of Tropitone
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla., Oct. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Brown Jordan International, Inc. ("Brown Jordan"), the world's leading designer and manufacturer of outdoor furniture and indoor hospitality furniture, today announced that Frederick G. King has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. King will oversee operations for the Tropitone and Winston furniture companies, in addition to his current responsibilities as Corporate Secretary for Brown Jordan. Mr. King has overseen the Charter Furniture business since 2010. Mr. King's new role will commence immediately and he will continue to report to Gene J. Moriarty, Brown Jordan's President and Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining Brown Jordan, Mr. King was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Givaudan Flavors Corporation and Givaudan Fragrances Corporation (2000-2006), Vice President and General Counsel of Standard Textile Co., Inc. (1997-2000) and has held counsel positions with The Progressive Group of Insurance Companies (1994-1997) and Squire Patton Boggs (1991-1994).
Mr. King holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Law.
In addition, Brown Jordan International, Inc., has promoted Randy Danielson to Executive Vice President of Tropitone, effective immediately and reporting to Mr. King.

Mr. Danielson's tenure with Tropitone began in 2000. He recently held the position of CFO, Director and Secretary (2000-2014) and has been responsible for the Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain departments and both of the Company's manufacturing plants.
Prior to joining Tropitone, Mr. Danielson was Vice President of Finance of Tri-Star Electronics and Cory Components (1999-2000), VP of Finance, Director and Secretary of Cummins Recon and Cummins South Pacific (1992-1999), Business Unit Director and Controller of Pacific Scientific Inc. (1990-1992), Cost & Financial Planning Manager of Beatrice Foods, Inc. (1986-1990) and CPA-Senior Auditor of Weber Lipshie (1984-1986).
Mr. Danielson holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and National Certified Management Accountant.
