Brown & Toland Physicians Names Ray Williams Chief Operating Officer

SAN FRANCISCO, June 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Brown & Toland Physicians, a leading network of Bay Area independent doctors, today announced it has appointed Ray Williams as Chief Operating Officer.

Williams, a healthcare veteran, comes to Brown & Toland Physicians from the International Council for Quality Care, Inc., a national healthcare consulting firm in Boca Raton, Florida, where he served for several years as senior vice president. He also held senior operational and physician leadership roles at Providence Health Services/Swedish Health of Washington and Sentara Healthcare, Virginia.
