Brother Teams up with Staples to Bring Holiday Cheer to Local Families with Toys for Tots

LIVONIA, Mich., Dec. 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Today at a holiday party at Staples' Livonia office, volunteers from Brother and Staples will be distributing gifts to families in need this holiday season through a collaboration with Toys for Tots. The gifts were funded by a donation from Brother as well as Staples associates dropping off their own gifts.

"The holiday season is about giving to others, and I am glad that Brother was able to partner with Staples to bring some holiday cheer into the lives of these families," said Ken Manosh, Senior Key Account Manager. "Being able to partner with Staples in other meaningful ways besides business helps us to learn more about each other's interests in the community, and we have more impact when we can do it together like this."

Brother has provided support for this cause since 2015. The giving for this year's gifts began in early November with a kick-off event at Staples' Livonia office. There were enough gifts donated for today's event that Toys for Tots will take back the extras, wrap them and distribute them to other families in time for the holidays.

"This is always such a great event not only for the family, but for Staples and Brother employees as well," said Manosh. "This is an event that we plan to continue to support in years to come."
