Brother Files Patent Infringement Case
BRIDGEWATER, N.J., July 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Brother Industries, Ltd. owns patents covering tape cassettes used in its P-Touch labeling machines. Brother is committed to vigorously enforcing those patent rights.
On June 18, 2013, Brother filed a patent infringement case in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware against EZ Replacement Labels, LLC, asserting infringement of United States Patents No. RE43,228 entitled "Tape Cassette For Use With A Printing Device" and RE43,022 entitled "Tape-Shaped Label Printing Device".
