Brookfield Residential Wins 13 SoCal Awards

COSTA MESA, Calif., Oct. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Brookfield Residential's Los Angeles and San Diego divisions have won 13 SoCal Awards from the Greater Sales & Marketing Council and BIA of Southern California. The annual ceremony celebrates excellence in the building industry. Brookfield Residential was recognized with 13 wins in a broad range of categories, including the top two categories of Home of the Year and Community of the Year. The awards were presented September 27 at the City National Grove of Anaheim.

The SoCal Awards recognize excellence in architecture, design and community development. They also extend to sales, marketing, merchandising and design, as well as overall advertising campaigns, special promotions, internet marketing and individual achievement. Brookfield Residential is actively creating new homes in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.
