Brookfield Residential was among the winning builders based on the results of more than 72,700 surveys in 2014 to all recent home owners from over 128 major homebuilders across the U.S. and Canada.

The Brookfield Residential team was awarded First Place in Purchase Experience for High Volume (over 250 closings for the year) among Multi-Division Builders. This is the second year in a row Brookfield Residential received this honor. Additional recognitions included Third Place awards among high-volume, multi-division builders for: First-Year Home Quality, First-Year Customer Service, and Highest Percent of Sales by Referral – 38% (a tie with William Lyon Homes). The Honorable Mention for Best Overall Purchase and Ownership Experience also went to Brookfield Residential.
