FAIRFAX, Va., Jan. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Brookfield Residential recently launched a pair of new Empower innovation features at select communities, and the rave reviews have prompted the homebuilder to expedite the rollout of the programs throughout its communities in Virginia, Maryland and Delaware.

My Time Home Tours and My Style Quick Move Homes are both designed to give home shoppers more control over their experience and to help them find the perfect new home sooner.

With My Time Home Tours, home shoppers can tour new homes on their own even before or after business hours. Select homes are equipped with a digital locking system, and home shoppers register online to receive a code that unlocks the front door.

My Style Quick-Move Homes offer homebuyers the luxury of adding their personal touch, without waiting the usual amount of time to build from the ground up. These homes are nearly complete, but Brookfield Residential has stopped just short of completion.

Home shoppers add their style by selecting flooring, tiles, cabinets, counters and fixtures. Then their new home is ready within two months, much faster than starting from scratch.
