Broadstripe Promotes Debra Wood to Chief Financial Officer
CHESTERFIELD, Mo., May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadstripe, a Missouri-based telecommunications provider, today announced the promotion of Debra Wood to Chief Financial Officer. Wood has been with the company since February 2009 when she joined the Broadstripe team as Executive Vice President of Finance Operations. She is a dynamic industry veteran who will help guide the company's continued growth.

As CFO, Wood will be charged with tracking all facets of Broadstripe's financial operations. She has more than 17 years of operational, financial restructuring, telecommunications and audit experience. Prior to joining Broadstripe, Wood helped launch the Corporate Renewal Group at Boston-based Bain & Company. Throughout her distinguished career, she has held several positions with increasing levels of responsibility at Bank of America, FTI Consulting, The St. Paul Companies and Arthur Andersen.

Wood is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Turnaround Professional and a member of the State Bar of Texas. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from DePaul University in Chicago and a dual M.B.A. /J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
