Customers can say goodbye to excessive hold times
CHESTERFIELD, Mo., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadstripe, a leading provider of entertainment, information and communications, today announced the addition of its brand-new Broadstripe Callback Service.
The Broadstripe Callback Service will ensure that when Broadstripe subscribers call the company's customer service hotline during peak time periods, they will no longer have to wait on hold for a customer service representative. Instead, customers have the option to leave their home or mobile numbers with the callback service to maintain their place in line. Subscribers will then be given an expected return call time and receive a callback at the point at which a customer service representative is available.
