Broadstone Real Estate, LLC Announces Officer Promotions
ROCHESTER, N.Y., March 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadstone Real Estate, the asset manager for two private real estate investment offerings, today announced six recent officer promotions.

Chris Czarnecki was promoted to President and CFO. Mr. Czarnecki joined Broadstone in 2009, and is responsible for leading capital markets, accounting, and property management. His primary responsibilities include raising new debt and equity capital for investment, managing investor relations, conducting industry research, board and investor communications, and portfolio analytics.
Dave Kasprzak was promoted to Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. Mr. Kasprzak joined Broadstone in 2012, and is responsible for leading outreach efforts to new investors, wealth managers, and Registered Investment Advisors. He also plays an active role in strategic planning, and management of the existing shareholder base.
Christopher Brodhead was promoted to Vice President of Investor Relations. Mr. Brodhead joined Broadstone in 2013, and is responsible for establishing relationships with new investors, wealth managers, and Registered Investment Advisors and for supporting Broadstone's growing shareholder base. He also plays a critical role in the development of investor communications and marketing strategies and programs.
Ryan Albano was promoted to Vice President of Finance. Mr. Albano joined Broadstone in 2013, and is responsible for budgeting and forecasting as well as financial reporting and analysis.
Steve Haupt was promoted to Vice President of Portfolio Management. This appointment reflects a move from acquisitions to property management, as well as Mr. Haupt's increased level of responsibility to oversee more than 230 properties and over 70 tenant relationships. Mr. Haupt leads the portfolio management team, oversees all properties, portfolio valuation, tenant growth initiatives, and handles all insurance matters for the portfolio.
Tim Holland was promoted to Chief Administrative and Compliance Officer, to reflect his added responsibility of overseeing securities compliance. Mr. Holland joined Broadstone in 2014, and is responsible for leading and managing all administrative, human resource, information technology, and legal oversight functions and activities.
