Broadhaven Capital Partners Adds Michael Deleray as Partner

STAMFORD, Conn., Nov. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadhaven Capital Partners announced today that Michael Deleray has joined the firm as a Partner.  Mike has enjoyed a distinguished career in financial services as a senior executive, investor and strategic advisor, and will be a key participant in Broadhaven's expanded coverage of the global financial services industry.

As an executive with more than 20 years experience, Mike brings to Broadhaven successful advisory and operational experience working with both established and emerging companies and management teams.

Mike was previously a founder of Bendigo Partners, a private investment and consulting firm, focused on opportunities in global, technology-driven financial services, where he remains an Advisory Member. Prior to founding Bendigo, Mike was President of US Equity Services for Computershare, the world's largest share registrar and employee share plan provider. In that capacity, he managed businesses with revenues in excess of $350 million and $125 million in EBITDA, executed $500 million in strategic transactions, and had responsibility for all aspects of Computershare's US transfer agency business, servicing 2,500 corporate clients and 23 million of their shareholders.

Prior to Computershare, Mike was CEO and Executive Director of E*TRADE Australia, a publicly listed company on the Australian Stock Exchange (later sold to ANZ for $360 million).  Mike currently serves as a Director of Solium Capital, a software-as-a-service company that specializes in the administration and execution of equity-based incentive and savings programs for corporations and employees.
