Brite-Strike And Telebrands Sue For Patent Infringement Against Emson's Taclight Product
BOSTON, Aug. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Brite-Strike Technologies, Inc. and its licensee, Telebrands Corp., marketer of the popular ATOMIC BEAM tactical flashlight, powered by CREE® LEDs, www.AtomicBeam.com, have filed a lawsuit against E. Mishan & Sons, Inc. d/b/a/ Emson Products in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts for infringement of U.S. Patent No. 7,866,841 by offering for sale and selling the BELL & HOWELL TACLIGHT tactical flashlight product for use in a manner that violates the parties' intellectual property rights. The lawsuit seeks damages and an injunction to prevent Emson from offering for sale and selling any products infringing the patented technology. Brite-Strike and Telebrands are confident they will prevail in the litigation.
