"We are delighted to host an open house for members of the community to greater showcase our Therapeutic Health Technician program," says Campus President Bill Jones. "With its unique, hands-on curriculum, this program equips students with the skills needed to thrive in a variety of settings. We know this program can be an asset to those in our community looking to start a career in the therapeutic health arena, and we look forward to talking with interested parties about the unique aspects of our program."
With limited class sizes and experienced instructors, Therapeutic Health Technician students will receive personal attention and a keen understanding of the techniques and tools needed to succeed in this career field. Hands-on curriculum provides many learning opportunities to develop a variety of skills as well as strong interpersonal skills, creating a unique and invaluable program for interested students.
The Therapeutic Health Technician diploma program can be completed in as little as one year. Therapeutic health technicians may work directly under a medical therapeutic professional such as a physical or occupational therapist, or a chiropractor or physical therapist. Their duties are varied, and they can play a significant role in the recovery of a physical therapy patient.
