BrightView Acquires Florida Landscape Company Girard Environmental Services, LLC
PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa., Sept. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- BrightView Landscapes, LLC, the nation's leading landscape services and snow removal company, today announced the acquisition of Florida's Girard Environmental Services, LLC (GES).
GES specializes in commercial landscape maintenance, construction and facility services. The Sanford, Fla.-based company operates nine branches, employs nearly 450 people and services more than 800 client sites across Florida.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
