The three offices are located at 2490 Sycamore Drive, Suite A, Simi Valley, CA in the Sycamore Square shopping center, 280 South Mountain Ave, Upland, CA in the Mountain Square shopping center, and 40790 California Oaks Rd., Suite A, Murrieta, CA as free-standing offices. The offices provide families with a convenient, comfortable environment where they can receive the latest in comprehensive, quality dental care. Bright Now! The Murrieta office will be led by Bernard A. Melendez, D.D.S. Dr. Melendez graduated from UCLA dental school and has been practicing dentistry for 11 years.
