Bright Horizons Family Solutions Announces Proposed Secondary Offering of 8.5 Million Shares by Selling Stockholders

WATERTOWN, Mass., June 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Bright Horizons Family Solutions Inc. (NYSE: BFAM) today announced that certain of its stockholders intend to offer for sale 8,500,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to a registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.  In addition, the selling stockholders expect to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1,275,000 shares from the selling stockholders.  The offering is subject to market and other conditions.

The selling stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from this offering.  No shares are being sold by the Company.
