Vice President Blane Erwin to highlight technology solutions for corporate governance at the Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals' conference
HOUSTON, Jan. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Bridgeway Software, the leading provider of legal enterprise management solutions, today announced that Blane Erwin, vice president of Strategic Initiatives, will speak at the upcoming Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals' Essentials Seminar, being held Jan 26-28, 2011 at Disney's BoardWalk resort in Orlando. On Jan. 27 at 11 a.m., Erwin will be a member of the panel discussion, "Overview of Types of Commercial Products and Services to Support You," which will explain current and emerging technologies available to corporate secretaries and governance professionals. Panelists will discuss offerings such as board communications portals, records management systems, registered agents and EDGARization, and how to conduct proposals and select vendors.
