Bridgeway Health Solutions Recognizes Innovations in Integration Between Behavioral and Physical Health
TEMPE, Ariz., Sept. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Bridgeway Health Solutions (Bridgeway) announced its Behavioral and Physical Health Integration award recipients from the 2016 Transforming Care Awards luncheon in Phoenix. The first place recipient, with a $10,000 award, is Helping Hearts. The second place recipient, with a $5,000 award, is COPE. The Bridge Group of Arizona is the recipient of an Honorable Mention, with a $1,500 award.
Bridgeway accepted applications from healthcare providers for this inaugural award, which encourages and recognizes innovative healthcare programs that integrate behavioral and physical health.

Providers with a program integrated in both behavioral and physical health were encouraged to apply for the award. They must have contracted and served Bridgeway members for at least three months.
