Bridgeway Executives to Speak on Emerging Technology Session at LegalTech New York 2011
Vice Presidents Rich Hall and Blane Erwin and Director Tom Mavis to highlight best practices for managing in-house eDiscovery during CLE-eligible session
HOUSTON, Jan. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Bridgeway Software, the leading provider of legal enterprise management solutions, today announced that Rich Hall, vice president of eDiscovery, Blane Erwin, vice president of strategic initiatives, and Tom Mavis, director of strategic partnerships, will speak on emerging technologies for managing in-house e-discovery at LegalTech® New York 2011. The session, "Bringing e-Discovery In-House – Managing All the Moving Parts Yourself!" will be held Wednesday, Feb. 2 at 10:30 a.m. and will examine best practices for moving and managing e-discovery in-house as well as the future of integrated legal management applications and is eligible for continuing legal education credits.

Hall has more than 20 years experience as a senior business, operations, and technology professional with technology, consulting, and energy companies. Mr. Hall has founded and served as an executive in software and consulting companies within the electronic discovery industry. His experience also includes successfully managing large, complex litigation and bankruptcy e-discovery challenges, including the Enron case.
Erwin has more than 20 years of experience in technology strategy, market research and business assessment. Prior to Bridgeway, Mr. Erwin was director of Business Trade and Technology Strategies for Forrester Research, Inc. where he advised senior executives at firms such as Bank of America, General Electric, Alcatel-Lucent and 3M about technology's impact on long-range business strategy. He is considered an expert in the industry, and has been frequently quoted in the media including Bloomberg BusinessWeek, Fortune, and The Wall Street Journal.
Mavis has nearly 20 years experience in the field and was recently promoted to Bridgeway's director of strategic partnerships, and supports the company's sales and customer service. Mavis is now responsible for managing all of Bridgeway's strategic accounts and partner program. Before joining Bridgeway, Mr. Mavis was president and founder of Drake Technologies, a consulting firm that focused on legal information systems, and he previously practiced law at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson in New York.
