Bridgewater Bancshares, Inc. Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
BLOOMINGTON, Minn., March 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Bridgewater Bancshares, Inc. ("Bridgewater") today announced the launch of its initial public offering of shares of its common stock. Of the 6,700,000 shares of Bridgewater's common stock to be sold in the offering, Bridgewater is offering 4,374,513 shares and certain selling shareholders are offering 2,325,487 shares. Bridgewater expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,005,000 shares of its common stock. The initial public offering price is currently expected to be between $10.50 and $12.50 per share of common stock. Bridgewater's common stock has been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "BWB."
