New Retail Trade Name for Brandes in Canada Captures Combination of Three High-caliber Asset Managers

TORONTO, May 30, 2013 /CNW/ - Presenting Bridgehouse Asset Managers (Bridgehouse) - the new retail trade name for Brandes Investment Partners & Co. (Brandes) and a powerful signal of the expanded offering of high-calibre investment solutions from three world-class asset managers.

Bridgehouse provides access to investments from Brandes Investment Partners. L.P. (Brandes LP), Sionna Investment Managers Inc. (Sionna) and Lazard Asset Management (LAM). Operating from Brandes' Toronto offices, Bridgehouse will provide investment solutions and services to Canadian investors and financial advisors.

As a related element of this branding reorganization, effective May, 29, 2013 the family of prospectus qualified mutual funds known as the Brandes Funds are re-captioned as the Bridgehouse Funds and the following specific mutual fund name changes are made:
