Brick Brewing Company Names Jim Manz, Director of Sales, Canada
KITCHENER, ON, March 16, 2015 /CNW/ - Brick Brewing Co. Limited ("Brick" or the "Company") (TSX: BRB), the largest Canadian-owned and Canadian-based publicly held brewery in Ontario, today announced it has hired Jim Manz as Director of Sales, Canada. Jim will be responsible for Brick Brewing business across Canada and will report directly to Brick Brewing President and CEO George Croft.
"Jim has a demonstrated track record as a leader and as a business builder, focused on creating and expanding sales relationships as well as driving volume growth," said Brick Brewing President and CEO George Croft. Most recently, Jim led Restaurants Canada efforts as Vice President, Membership. He joined Restaurants Canada in March 2013. In that role, Jim led membership growth and retention. He was also accountable for the development and achievement of sales strategy and targets.
Prior to Restaurants Canada, Jim spent 19 years at Labatt Breweries of Canada leading a variety of sales management roles including Key Account Manager, Retail Manager and District Sales Manager in both British Columbia and Ontario. He has also held sales leadership positions with Fosters Wine Estates and Starbucks Canada's Foodservice division.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
