Brick Brewing Announces Resignation of Jason Pratt as CFO
KITCHENER, ON, Jan. 29, 2013 /CNW/ - Brick Brewing Co. Limited (TSX: BRB) announced today that Jason Pratt has provided notice to the Company of his resignation as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Pratt has been with the Company since October 2008.
Mr. Pratt said, "It was very difficult to make the decision to leave Brick Brewing, but one that was important for me and my family. It has been a great privilege to work with the Brick Brewing management team and to oversee such a fine accounting staff."
Company President and Chief Executive Officer George Croft said, "Jason has been an extremely effective member of our senior executive team and I thank him for his many contributions to the Company's success. While we are disappointed to see him leave us, we support his personal decision and wish him much continued success in his future endeavours."
Mr. Pratt will continue in his role for a brief transitional period. The Company has initiated a search for a new CFO.
