Briar Chapel Announces Saussy Burbank's 125th Home Closing

CHAPEL HILL, N.C., April 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Briar Chapel, a new home community in Chapel Hill, NC, announced today that one of its homebuilders, Saussy Burbank, reached its landmark 125^th home closing in the community. Consistent with a recent 15% increase in homes sales in the Triangle, Saussy Burbank has sold 16 homes YTD, a success it attributes to new product features and increased buyer confidence.
