Based in Arup's Boston office, Swett joined the firm in 2015 as the Cities Leader for the Americas Region. Winner of the Urban Land Institute's "40 Under 40" honor, he is a nationally recognized leader in climate change and sustainability strategy in cities, with over a decade of leadership experience on both the government and private-sector sides of sustainable urban development and management.
Brian's expertise includes sustainability strategy, energy and climate policy, green buildings, city policy and program development, and performance management. He combines a background in business, policy, and science to deliver integrated and actionable strategies that address both the built and natural environment.
In all, Arup promoted six to principal in the Americas.
