Brian Morris Joins Capstone Advisory Group, LLC

SADDLE BROOK, N.J., Feb. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Capstone Advisory Group, LLC announced today that Brian Morris has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Mr. Morris is skilled in valuation services, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, litigation support and other financial consulting matters.  He has joined the Chicago Office.

Prior to joining Capstone, Mr. Morris spent more than 10 years with KPMG. As a Managing Director in the Economic and Valuation Services Group, he managed and executed over $100 billion of valuation service engagements across many industries. Before KPMG, he spent several years employed in the corporate finance and strategic planning group of a start-up telecommunications company, where he helped raise and manage $500 million of private equity and debt financing. Previous to that, Mr. Morris worked in financial derivatives and as an investment analyst.

Mr. Morris holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from DePaul University. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers.
