Constable has joined its Regional Banking Group as senior vice president and territory manager, a newly created position at the organization, for its Southern California and Midwestern markets. In his new role, Constable will oversee eight regional offices with a focus on increasing the Bank's market share with business owners. Constable will report to Matt Bierman, senior vice president and national business banking manager at Bank of the West.

Constable has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He most recently served in leadership roles at CommerceWest, CTBC and Sunwest Bank attending to commercial banking clients' needs, which included providing wealth, small business, commercial, mortgages service and providing financial advice.
Constable currently serves as a member of the Small Business Financial Development Corporation of Orange County loan committee.
