Brennan Investment Group is developing a new state of the art 110,000 SF Class-A industrial building on the former RJ Reynolds HQ campus known as Whitaker Park in Winston-Salem, NC. With existing infrastructure at the 220 acre complex already nearly at capacity, there is strong demand for additional industrial development which will complement other mixed-use and retail additions also under construction.
