CHICAGO, Oct. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Brennan Investment Group is pleased to announce that Thomas F. Philbin has joined the company as a Senior Vice President of Asset Management. Mr. Philbin will oversee all aspects of the Brennan portfolio operations including leasing, construction, insurance, taxes and day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Philbin spent 17 years at CenterPoint Properties most recently as the Regional Manager of the Central Region and was responsible for a $1.2 billion, 135 building portfolio. Mr. Philbin has specialized in real estate and construction for 20 years. Mr. Philbin has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University and a Masters of Business Administration from Marquette University.
