Brennan Investment Group Completes Sale-Leaseback To Swisher Mower & Machine

CHICAGO, April 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Brennan Investment Group, LLC, a private real estate investment firm that acquires and operates industrial properties on a national basis, announced its purchase, and simultaneous leaseback to Swisher Mower & Machine Company ("Swisher"). Swisher is a manufacturer and distributor of branded specialty lawn and garden power equipment and accessories based in Warrensburg, MO.
