CHICAGO, Sept. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Brennan Investment Group, LLC, a private real estate investment firm that acquires and operates industrial properties on a national basis, announced its acquisition of 6711 Highway 332 in Freeport, Texas, located in the South Houston Industrial submarket. The occupant of the building is Dow Chemical, America's largest chemical manufacturer, under a long term lease.
