CHICAGO, Feb. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Brennan Investment Group, LLC, a private real estate investment firm that acquires, develops, and operates industrial facilities, announced its purchase of a manufacturing and distribution facility located at 2395 Greenleaf Avenue in Elk Grove Village, IL. The building is 100% leased to National Metal Fabricators, a leading producer in the industry of high quality precision sheet metal fabrication, angle ring manufacturing and specialty custom rolling. The 46,741 square foot Property serves as the corporate headquarters of National Metal Fabricators.
