Brennan Acquires Armacell Facility In Chicago

CHICAGO, May 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Brennan Investment Group, LLC, a private real estate investment firm that acquires, develops, and operates industrial facilities, announced its acquisition of 16800 S Canal Street in South Holland, IL. The building is 100% leased to Armacell, a world leader in flexible insulation foams for the equipment-insulation market, as well as a leading provider of engineered foams.
