IRVING, Texas, Sept. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Breitling Oil and Gas Corporation, an independent exploration and production company based in Irving, Texas, will present at The Unconventional Oil and Gas Summit China 2012 held between September 5 – September 6 at the Zhengzhou Jianguo Hotel in Zhengzhou, Hunan Province, China.
