Breitling Oil and Gas Announces Re-Entry of BREITLING-BURR #1 Has Begun

IRVING, Texas, May 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Breitling Oil and Gas, an independent oil and gas company based in Irving, Texas, today announced that the Company began the re-entry of the BREITLING-BURR #1 on May 7, 2010 in Jefferson County, Texas. The well is a re-entry of a vertical well in the Hackberry Sand formation. The well is expected to be completed within the next few weeks.

Last month Breitling announced it has acquired thousands of acres of leases in the Gulf Coast regions of Texas and Louisiana as it continues to expand its Gulf Coast Exploration initiative. Breitling identified 29 future oil and gas drilling locations within the acreage.
