The Breema Center will offer a 3-part workshop series on the Principle of Mutual Support on May 23, 2010. In 2010, the Center is dedicated to helping people discover the Nine Principles of Harmony, focusing on one of the principles each month. The Nine Principles, which are integrated into the bodywork aspects of the Breema system and are also practiced in the activities of daily life, are gateways to self-understanding and living a harmonious life. The month of May highlights the principle of Mutual Support. Any time a person gives support, he or she is simultaneously receiving support.
The Breema Center presents the 3 parts of the series, entitled "Mutual Support in All Relationships," on Sunday, May 23.

Pre-registration is required. The workshop will take place at the Breema Center, 6076 Claremont Ave, Oakland. No previous bodywork experience is needed. The workshop will be led by Dr. Jon Schreiber, D.C. Dr. Schreiber has been teaching Breema worldwide since 1980. He is the director of the Breema Center and the Breema Clinic in Oakland, California.
