Breema Center Offers Intensive on Breema and Living the Nine Principles of Harmony

Summary:

The Breema Center will host a special weekend in February devoted to learning the Breema system, which includes Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony. The bodywork and exercises are a natural way of expressing the Nine Principles of Harmony through flowing, physical movement. More importantly, students learn to apply the Nine Principles of Harmony to all situations of daily life, to support being present and available in any activity. Breema nurtures flexibility and comfort in the body, clarity in the mind, and calmness and in the feelings, to create a new sense of wholeness and aliveness.

Breema is devoting 2010 to the Year of Living Harmoniously through the Nine Principles of Harmony. As each month during 2010 will focus on integrating one of the Principles into one's life, this intensive weekend is an excellent opportunity to gain an overall understanding of Breema and all Nine Principles, and to be inspired to embark on the monthly practice of each principle.

In this intensive weekend workshop, students will also learn and practice Self-Breema exercises and Breema bodywork. Interested students may take additional Intensive classes February 8-11 for a prorated amount. No previous bodywork experience is needed. Dr. Jon Schreiber, D.C. will be teaching these workshops with Staff Instructors from the Breema Center. Dr. Schreiber has been teaching Breema worldwide since 1980.
