Brandywine Realty Trust Announces Second Quarter Leasing Activity
RADNOR, Pa., July 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) announced today that it has signed over 700,000 square feet of new and renewal leases during the second quarter of 2012.
"We are pleased with this quarter's leasing activity which is consistent with our business plan forecast," stated Gerard H. Sweeney, President and Chief Executive Officer of Brandywine Realty Trust. "As a result of this second quarter activity, we have signed over 1.4 million square feet in the first half of 2012 and have already achieved 87% of our 2012 leasing plan."
