Brandywine Realty Trust Announces Quarterly Dividends and Confirms Second Quarter 2013 Earnings Release and Conference Call
RADNOR, Pa., May 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE:BDN) announced today that our Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, payable on July 19, 2013 to holders of record on July 5, 2013. The Board of Trustees also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43125 for each 6.90% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share, payable on July 15, 2013 to holders of record on June 30, 2013.
As previously announced, we will release our second quarter earnings after the market close on Wednesday, July 24, 2013, and will hold our second quarter conference call on Thursday, July 25, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. EDT.
