Tom and Jerry a la Korbel
Preparation time 10 minutes
Makes one serving

1 egg
½ oz. simple syrup
1 oz. dark rum
1 oz. Korbel California Brandy
Hot milk
Grated nutmeg for garnish

Separate the egg white from the egg yolk and beat separately. Fold the beaten eggs together and place into an Irish coffee glass. Add simple syrup, dark rum and brandy. Fill with hot milk. Stir until it foams. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

Korbel and Coffee
Preparation time 5 minutes
Makes one serving

2 oz. Korbel California Brandy
1 cup fresh hot coffee
Whipped cream
Shaved chocolate

Pour coffee into a cup or mug. Add brandy to the coffee. Top with whipped cream and dust with shaved chocolate.
