BrandSource and Citi Retail Services Extend Consumer Credit Relationship
TUSTIN, Calif. and ATLANTA, March 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- BrandSource, one of the largest buying groups in the United States, and Citi Retail Services, one of the country's largest and most experienced private label credit card issuers, today announced a long-term agreement to extend their consumer credit card relationship. Under the agreement, Citi will continue to provide unique customer value propositions and fully integrated marketing programs to drive increased sales and loyalty for BrandSource.

The BrandSource Credit Card program, launched in 2012, provides customer financing for purchases at more than 4,500 locally-owned BrandSource retailers across the United States. The card provides BrandSource customers with special rebates and offers, no interest financing options and a simple application process, including in-store credit approval. Citi Retail Services provides consumer and commercial credit card products, both private label and co-branded, to national and regional retailers and their customers across the U.S. It also provides retail industry expertise, including transaction data analytics, and fully integrated marketing and loyalty programs. Since January 2013, it has renewed eight contracts with existing partners and added six new relationships. The business services nearly 90 million accounts for a number of iconic brands, including The Home Depot, Best Buy, ExxonMobil, Macy's, Sears and Shell.
