Brandman University Asks Facebook Fans: Who's Your MVP?
This summer, Brandman University in Irvine, Ca is honoring heroes, community leaders, teachers, firefighters, police and nurses with free Angels® baseball ticket vouchers.
IRVINE, Calif., June 8, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Who's your Most Valuable Person – or "MVP?" Real heroes are often disguised as common people full of dedication and perseverance, improving the lives of others. Brandman University wants to recognize those individuals who have made a positive impact on you personally and/or within your community.
To show appreciation, and to mark the first class of Brandman graduates, Brandman announces its MVP Contest. Brandman is giving both MVP nominees and the fans who nominate them two (2) free ticket vouchers to an Angels® baseball game. Five MVP winners will be recognized at Angels® Stadium in Anaheim on July 20th. To enter, simply nominate your MVP at www.Facebook.com/BrandmanUniversity or www.brandman.edu/mvp before June 15th.
But the contest doesn't just end with nominations – voting for favorites opens Monday, June 20th. The five (5) nominees with the most votes by July 14th will be recognized in front of 40,000 Angels® fans in the pre-game ceremony on Brandman Night at Angels® Stadium on July 20th. The fun will start at 5:00 p.m. with a tailgate party, Brandman cheer squad and free tee shirt giveaways. Each of the five MVP winners will receive:
