This new operation is expected to serve as an additional resource for customers in the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions of the US.
The new Call Center is the second to be added to the network of customer support for BranchServ in less than 2 years. A similar facility was opened in Cornelius, North Carolina in August of 2009 to aid in managing customer needs in the Southeastern US.
Notably, the new Call Centers also benefit from an infusion of state-of-the-art work order and dispatching software. This new technology has elevated the capabilities of BranchServ Call Centers nationwide, specifically allowing for route optimization and increased efficiencies.
