BranchServ Expands Commitment to East Coast Banks and Credit Unions
BETHEL, Conn., July 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- BranchServ (www.branchserv.com), the leading supplier of physical and electronic security equipment and service solutions for bank branches across the United States, is heavily investing in systems and personnel to expand its service to East Coast Banks and Credit Unions.
The company is spearheading a comprehensive systems integration initiative which incorporates wireless technology and field applications. This large-scale IT investment will support BranchServ's ability to deliver optimal service levels and gold standard site metrics. "We at BranchServ recognize the need to leverage our competitive advantage to maximize performance," says Thomas P. Brennan, President and CEO of the company. "Investing in technology enhances productivity and ultimately translates into improved service value for our customers."
BranchServ is also pursuing cost containment in an effort to maximize value for its client base. To that end, John Boullie has joined the company as Director of Supply Chain, and is charged with managing costs and optimizing the company's inventory position. Prior to joining BranchServ, Mr. Boullie held various supply chain positions for companies such as the Ford Motor Company and United Technologies where he headed the supply chain team for the Americas Fire and Security Services. He comes to the company with an MBA from Northeastern University and an electrical engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts.
New additions to field sales and service create the foundation for increasing East Coast market penetration. Recent hires include Paul Demberg, a Sales Professional now serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey for BranchServ. Mr. Demberg graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a B.S. in Communications, and has almost twenty years of experience in electronic and physical security, most recently at ADT.
"These appointments combined with significant capital investment position BranchServ to continue its relentless pursuit of excellence and superior customer service," according to Michael Iadarola, Senior Vice President of BranchServ. "This builds on our 2010 call center/warehouse expansion initiative and Q1 fleet augmentation."
Founded in 1999 as a division of CustomVault Corporation, BranchServ provides physical and electronic security equipment and service solutions to nearly 7,200 bank branches and credit unions nationwide, including three of the ten largest branch banking networks in the United States. The fastest growing provider in the industry, BranchServ combines a client-driven service focus with unparalleled experience; empowering branch networks to improve operational efficiencies, lower costs, enhance the end-customer experience and maintain the highest levels of security.
