Brambleton Sells 454 New Homes in 2011 Equaling a 29% Increase in Total Sales

This is the highest number of new homes sold in the community's 10-year history. Brambleton accomplished this impressive milestone by selling 209 single-family residences and 245 townhomes, averaging approximately nine homes per week.
