Brambleton Announces Bicycle Outfitters' Grand Opening Celebration

ASHBURN, Va., March 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Brambleton, an award-winning master-planned community located in Loudoun County, Virginia, is pleased to announce today Bicycle Outfitters will hold their Grand Opening Event on Saturday, April 6 from noon to 4 pm at their store located at 22895 Brambleton Plaza.

During the Grand Opening event there will be discounts on select in-stock store merchandise, food, giveaways every hour, a bike giveaway, kids' bike races, a bike decoration contest, bike safety information, and entertainment by a DJ, stilt walker and unicyclist.  

The Kids' Bike Races begin at 2 pm at Brambleton Plaza and Willow Creek Way (across from FOX Cinemas in the Town Center), and are open to Pre-K and elementary school-aged children. Participants will be separated by grade level and must wear a helmet. To participate, visit www.kidsbikerace.eventbrite.com.  The first 50 children to register will receive a gift card to either SweetFrog or Froots.  At 3:30 pm there will be a Bike Decoration Contest outside of the store.

The Brambleton store opened in October 2012 and is Bicycle Outfitters' second retail location.
